1) Private Medical Insurance - Summerfield Health Clinics
  • Dr. Cowley is an approved provider for the following health insurance companies.

  • BUPA, AXA-PPP, PruHealth, WPA, AVIVA, CIGNA and SIMPLY HEALTH

  • An authorisation number from your insurance company should be obtained prior to your child's review in clinic and then the invoice can be sent direct to your insurance provider.

  • If you receive an invoice please forward it direct to your provider.


2) No Insurance - Self Pay - Shrewsbury Clinics
  • Appointments can be booked and paid for via summerfield healthcare.
